Refunds and Returns
Returns are not offered once the item has been shipped. All purchases, once made, are final.
Refunds can only be offered before the item is shipped. If it has been shipped, that sale is final.
Do not force a chargeback. Reach out to me personally and I will help you resolve your issue 🙂

Late or missing orders
If you haven’t received your order, please check the estimated delivery date. My processing time is 5-7 business days, plus shipping time (stamped US shipping is 1-5 business days. Tracked US shipping is 2-5 business days). Sometimes the postal service experiences delays, and your order could arrive a bit later due to that.
If your order had not arrived within a few days after the estimated delivery date, please reach out, and I’ll see what I can do.
If a package was not delivered, and returned to me due to customer error (such as an incorrect name or address), the customer must pay the return shipping cost.
For any lost orders over $10, complementary replacement orders will ONLY be sent if the package was tracked, addressed correctly, and the tracking shows it was not delivered. For orders shipped via free stamped mail (no tracking), replacements for lost packages will only be sent if it was under $10. Any orders priced higher than that will be dealt with individually.

Personal Information
Your personal info (name, email, address, payment information, etc) is used for the processing, payment, shipment, and storage of your order/s. It will not be distributed, sold, made public, or used for anything other than relating to your order. If I need to contact you about your order, I will reach out via email. You may receive emails from my site relating to your order. You will not receive marketing emails unless you opt into it (no spam here!). If you have further questions about how your information is used and stored, please feel free to contact me at the email below.
