Influencer Program Doubles Engagement

Crush Cafe had an 'influencer' program that had died out months before I joined them, and I rebuilt it from the ground up, raising Crush's Instagram engagement rate from 2.65% to 5.63%.

From recruitment interviews to photoshoots, social media campaigns and content calendars, this ambassador campaign helped fondly establish Crush's place in the local community, as well as enhance their social media efforts.

The people

Every ambassador was directly vetted and contacted by me, and I organized both solo and group photoshoots with them, in the store and on location. Through various social media campaigns, we were able to promote several ongoing store sales, events, and products.

I also designed and planned several weeks worth of content calendars to properly utilize every piece of content.
